From the container to your customer's doorstep.

Full chain or a single stage · Quoted on your volume

One operation, from the port to the front door. Quickmove runs the whole supply chain as one operation: container unstuffing, warehousing and inventory, e-commerce fulfilment, pick and pack, first and last mile, right through to assembly at your customer's door.

Container arrival → final handover One operation, one point of accountability

One partner.

Not four vendors, four invoices, four people to chase.

Every handover is a place accountability goes missing. Most businesses assemble their supply chain from separate providers: one for haulage, one for storage, one for fulfilment, one for delivery. We run those stages as a single operation, so there is one number to call when a shipment needs answering for.

01

One point of accountability

Receives your container, hands over the box.

02

Take only what you need

Full chain, or storage alone.

03

Built around your volume

One pallet, or ongoing e-commerce.

Inbound to final delivery

Nine stages. Tap what you need, we quote exactly that.

E-commerce fulfilment

Inbound to last mile, one partner.

The fulfilment chain

End-to-end fulfilment for online sellers and brands. Instead of coordinating multiple providers, consolidate the whole operation with one partner.

  • Inbound
  • Receiving
  • Storage
  • Inventory
  • Pick & pack
  • Dispatch
  • Last-mile delivery
  • Supports growing online stores through to higher-volume operations
04 / Collection

First-mile logistics

  • Dedicated vehicle arrangements
  • Contract-based collection operations

05 / Last mile

Last-mile delivery

Two service levels, chosen by the product.

How the models differ

Two service levels, chosen by what you are sending: volume-driven cost efficiency, or service-driven premium handling. Not one network forced onto every parcel.

  • High-volume e-commerce and general deliveries: cost-efficient, priced against committed shipment volume
  • Premium, luxury, fragile, sensitive or higher-value products: specialised arrangements with greater attention to handling and service quality
  • Premium handling accommodates lower shipment volumes
  • Customised to the product and delivery requirements

06 / Special handling

Bulky, sensitive & special handling

Not everything is a standard parcel.

What we handle

Not every product can be handled like a standard parcel. Tell us the item and the delivery requirement, and we propose an appropriate handling solution.

  • Bulky items
  • Fragile products
  • Sensitive items
  • High-value or luxury products
  • Furniture
  • Products requiring additional handling
  • Multi-piece deliveries
  • Special delivery requirements

Furniture delivery & installation

Delivered, unpacked, assembled on site.

The service chain

For furniture and products that need assembly after delivery. Complicated or specialised assemblies are assessed before delivery so the right manpower is arranged.

  • Collection / receiving
  • Warehousing
  • Delivery
  • Unpacking
  • Assembly / installation
  • Suited to furniture and home products bought through Taobao, Pinduoduo and other overseas marketplaces
Last-mile models

Two delivery models.

Not one size.

We quote the model that fits the product. A pallet of fast-moving stock and a single high-value item do not want the same network, so rather than pushing everything through one process, we quote the model that fits the product.

Model A

Volume-driven

Cost-efficient at high volume. Cost-efficient delivery for high-volume e-commerce and general deliveries, where pricing can be optimised against committed shipment volume.

  • Cost per shipment falls as committed volume rises
  • Built for high parcel counts and repeat dispatch cycles
  • Standard parcels and general goods
Best fit · Online stores & distributors at scale
Model B

Service-driven

Specialised handling for premium and fragile. Specialised arrangements for premium, luxury, fragile, sensitive or higher-value products, with greater attention to handling and service quality.

  • Accommodates lower shipment volumes
  • Customised to the product and delivery requirement
  • Handling and customer experience lead the quote, not throughput
Best fit · Premium brands, furniture & fragile goods
Overseas marketplaces

Taobao furniture.

Delivered, unpacked and assembled on site.

CollectionWarehousingDeliveryUnpackingAssembly

We hold it until the site is ready. Furniture and home products bought through Taobao, Pinduoduo and other overseas marketplaces arrive flat-packed and unassembled. We receive them, hold them until the site is ready, then deliver, unpack and assemble on site. Complicated builds get assessed first so the right manpower turns up.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I have to use the whole chain?
No. Clients engage us for the entire logistics journey or select only the services they require. Storage on its own is a common starting point, and so is last-mile delivery for someone who already has a warehouse.
Is there a minimum volume?
Solutions are built around your volume rather than the other way round, from one pallet to ongoing e-commerce operations. Tell us what you are moving and we will tell you which model fits.
Can you store goods without handling the delivery?
Yes. Businesses can engage us purely for storage, or combine warehousing with our fulfilment and delivery services later as volume grows.
What about fragile, luxury or high-value items?
Those go through our service-driven delivery model, with specialised handling arrangements and greater attention to service quality. Speak to us about the item first and we will propose an appropriate handling and delivery solution.
Can you assemble furniture bought on Taobao or Pinduoduo?
Yes: collection or receiving, warehousing, delivery, unpacking, then assembly or installation on site. For complicated furniture or products needing specialised assembly, requirements are assessed before delivery so the appropriate manpower and service can be arranged.
How is pricing worked out?
On product type, shipment volume, storage requirement and service level. High-volume delivery is priced against committed volume; premium handling is priced against the product and the service required. Every quote is built per business rather than off a rate card.
What do you need from me to quote?
Four things: product type, shipment volume, storage requirements and delivery expectations. That is enough for our team to recommend a suitable operational and pricing model.
